Product Description
Lorena Daniels, a senior loan officer for a Chicago-based credit union, has just broken up with her live-in boyfriend of  four years. Days later, while having lunch with a co-worker at a nearby restaurant, Lorena unknowingly catches the eye of  Randall James, their stand-in waiter for the afternoon who doubles as a full time chef. Another chance encounter finds  Lorena and Randall at a local supermarket where their friendship sets sail. They soon embark on a vibrant, fast-paced  relationship that harbors more than its share of intriguing ups and downs. One that explores the depths of every emotion  and one that, unknowingly to them, parallels the changes in seasons.

Book Reviews for When Seasons Change

(RAW Rating: 3.5) - The more things change..., March 21, 2007
By  The RAWSISTAZ Reviewers (RAWSISTAZ.com)

After ending a long-term relationship, Lorena Daniels had no idea she would end up in another one so soon. But, she just  couldn't resist Randall James' charm. Not only did he recognize her, he remembered her name and what she ordered.  Lorena is tickled pink that he would go to such extremes in order to get to know her a little better. Over the course of  their union, as with any relationship, they encounter a few roadblocks along the way. Lorena's ex keeps calling and  popping up at the most inopportune times. Not to mention her slew of girlfriends who are always trying to offer advice.  Will their feelings for each other be strong enough to see them through?

Darrell A. Cador has written a very likeable story. Lorena and Randall's relationship spans a little over a year with several  chapters included in each season, hence the title. The concept of this novel was well thought out, but the pace was a bit  slow. There were a few grammatical errors; however, they will not distract the reader. All in all, WHEN SEASONS  CHANGE was an enjoyable read.

I started reading this book on a Sunday and finished it on Monday night. I just think that the story could have went on a  little longer but, all in all, the book was VERY interesting.
